IDEGFR, detection of EGFR mutations in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)

  • detect and quantify activating or resistance mutations of EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) 
  • three optimized kits:
    SENSI-50 - activating mutations (L858R, L861Q and Del19)
    RESIST-50 - mutations of resistance (T790M and C797S (cis/trans)
    RARE-50 - activating mutations or rare mutations (S768I, G719X and ins20)

 

IDNRAS, detection of NRAS mutations from tumor DNA

  • detection and quantification of NRAS‘s mutations (NRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase)
  • codons 12 and 13 of exon 2 and codon 61 of exon 3

 

IDKRAS, detection of KRAS mutations from tumor DNA

  • detection and quantification of KRAS‘s mutations (KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase)

IDBRAF, detection of BRAF mutations at position V600

  • detection and quantification of exon 15 of the BRAF gene from DNA of tumor origin

IDPIK3CA, detection of PIK3CA mutations from tumor DNA

  • amplify the V600E mutations (c.1799T>A) and the fusion of the KIAA1549-BRAF genes

 

IDFGFR1-CNS, detection of FGFR1 mutations in brain tumors

  • detection and quantification of recurrent mutations and tandem duplications in the TKD of FGFR1 gene
  • amplify the N546K and K656E mutations, exon 8 and exon 16 of the FGFR1 gene
