Ribosomal RNA Removal

• RiboGene-Mammalian enables effective removal of mammalian rRNA from 10-100 ng inputs
• Suitable for any quality RNA, including FFPE samples
• The kit eliminates ≥ 95% of ribosomal RNA sequences from NGS data, including sequences from 5S, 5.8S, 18S and 28S nuclear rRNA and 12S mtRNA

 

NGS Library Quantification
