DNA Ligation Kit for Long Fragments

• Powerful tool for the cloning of long DNA fragments from 2 kb to 10 kb
• Contains an optimized ligase buffer system for ligation of long fragments without the need for extensive techniques or special expertise
• Especially well suited for BAC library construction
• Also enabled fast and easy ligation of smaller size DNA inserts

 

DNA Ligation Kit Mighty Mix

• Single solution, ready to use 2x ligation mix
• Enables high efficiency ligations, especially for blunt-ended ligations 
• This kit is suitable for ligation into TA-vectors
• The reaction is very quickly performed – at 25 °C in 5 minutes, at 16 °C for 30 minutes for both circular and linear DNA ligations 
• It is compatible with small ligation reaction volumes

 

Cassettes and Cassette Primers

• Can be used during PCR cloning of cDNA or genomic DNA
• In addition to cassette mediated PCR, these products
• Can be used as cassette primers for PCR and sequencing of cloned DNA

 

Blunt End Reagent Set

• Designed for long range PCR and cloning of plasmid, cDNA or gDNA regions containing a known sequence flanking one end
• Need to design and prepare primers corresponding to the known region of the DNA to be amplified
